My online business operations retainer is not me coming into your business and telling you what needs fixing. It’s me coming in and learning how you, as the business owner, operate. How your business functions. How you uniquely serve your clients. If you have a team, how your team operates. Then I become the right hand who bridges the gap between you, your team, your clients and the operations so you can focus on the things that matter most: doing the client work and growing the business.
I get close enough to the work to understand how things move, where information lives, what keeps coming back to you as the business owner, what your team — if you have one — relies on you for, and all the things that would never make it into an SOP.
I map the work, responsibilities, systems, recurring commitments, open loops and dependencies so we can see what the business actually needs — not what we assume it needs.
Once I have the foundation set, I start working in the business as your right hand.
